A Relaxing Family Getaway with Room for Improvement
We had a lovely stay with comfy beds and a clean room. The breakfast options were plentiful, and my kids loved the pancake machine! However, the parking situation was a bit tight during peak hours. I'd recommend arriving early to secure a good spot.

Family with children deserve better
The staff was super accommodating when we encountered an issue with our room, they really tried to help us out. The housekeepers kept the rooms clean and tidy, it made a difference in our stay.
It wasn't exactly cheap but for what we got, it was still acceptable.

We just spent 3 nights in a spacious room with comfy beds and a great kitchen area, which made it super easy to prepare our meals. The outdoor pool was a perfect spot to unwind after a day exploring, and we loved sipping coffee on the deck. The only small downside was some noise from the hallway, but it didn't really take away from our overall experience. 😊

Free parking available right outside the Prince Street entrance makes it easy for vehicle access. The complimentary breakfast features some basic options, although it’s nothing to write home about—a few familiar items, with seating tightly squeezed near the lobby area.
The noise from the nearby train tracks can be quite disruptive throughout the night—multiple horns can wake even the deepest sleeper. The sound insulation in rooms leaves much to be desired, with gaps under the doors that let hallway chatter seep through, making restful slumber tough. Additionally, the additional fees, such as the unexpected sustainability charge, add an uncomfortable twist to the billing experience, catching some guests off guard. Given the hotel’s proximity to a busy highway, road noise may be bothersome as well, especially on lower floors.

The room was spacious with a modern design, including two comfortable queen beds, a couch, and a kitchenette. The staff were friendly and attentive, especially when they replaced our couch while we were out. However, the kitchen area tiles could use a deep clean, and some noise from the floor above was noticeable. Overall, it provided a decent home base for our Yosemite trip.

Clean room with a nice décor made for a comfortable space. The bed was decent, but I could hear noise from the hallway easily. Thin walls meant I could hear people talking and walking outside. The breakfast offered a variety of options, although the dining area felt a bit cramped. Staff were polite and attentive, but I ran into issues with unexpected charges. The stay was decent, but the noise from the motorway affected my sleep. I appreciated the in-room amenities like the microwave and fridge, but seasoning and flexibility in meal choices would help improve the experience. Overall, it felt like a standard hotel without many standout features.
